The friendly reception staff made settling in easy.
Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the excessive noise throughout the hotel, challenging to relax or get a good night's sleep. We also encountered issues with the dining options. The meal variety was quite poor, leaving little to choose from . It was disappointing to find no tea or coffee facilities in our room, which compounded our dissatisfaction.

Food was good and I have nothing but really enjoyable memories from this trip. The place was brilliant and comfy and the staff were pleasant, the location was particularly good very near the beach. I booked clean and cheap room with fresh towels, the bath, for instance.

Liked our stay there, it was fine! Everything was great, wonderful hotel, the location was excellent not far from the beach and bars. The staff was very nice and friendly all the time.

The hotel is well situated on the main thoroughfare of Malgrat/santa susanna. The pool area was clean, well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds. Evening entertainment was adequate and the bar staff were attentive and very pleasant. The bedroom (Room No 703) was remarkably spacious but poorly furnished.
My only dislike about this hotel was the dining room. It was open from 0800 to 0930 for breakfast which was fine for breakfast. It was then open from 1300 to 2130 (Yes, all day). This meant that after the initial lunchtime rush food was on the servery for several hours. The food was invariably cold and overcooked. Although the breakfast hours were fine the food was poor. (As purchased by management the food was fine but it was poorly cooked). Lackof management oversight of the kitchen.

We loved staff and the food. Great base for a city break in Malgrat De Mar! The hotel was within short walking distance to Calella lighthouse.

The staff was by far the best part of the stay.
It isn't worth it to wake up early for the free breakfast.... it's that bad. Plus, you roll out of bed to elbow your way through hoards of people. Not fun; sleep in and catch some pizza on the beach across the street :)

Try to arrive early for meals to avoid long lines and ensure a better food selection. Don't miss out on the evening entertainment, which adds a nice touch to your stay.

Close to the sea, even not sea-view rooms have the sea-view, quite a good one, but need to turn left when standing on the balcony. Rooms are big. Bath instead of shower-cabine :)
If there's possibility to refuse from breakfasts, don't take it! Breakfasts were included into the price when booking, but they were so terribly untasty, that we visited them once only: the juice is not natural, but some kind of chemical concentrate, the same is for coffee-machine, sliced sausages and cheese were having strong smell of flavor enhancer. Things only edible in this "dining-room" are: eggs, croissants, coffee/tea bags. The dining room was often overfilled though, all were the people loving freebie, some even said that it is "tasty". The walls are thin, thus bad sound isolation from neighbors. No TV in the room: you must pay 10 Eur for remote control. No hairdryer (another 10 eur ), Wi-Fi is not free, you must buy something in the bar to get the password and it is available on the zero-level only. If you need just room for a nigh close to the sea without luxury stuff, this hotel is a good option.

We loved the renovated double room with a great view and was conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The comfortable room, and we really appreciated the flexible meal times, great to choose when to eat. The seafood on Saturday was a standout, and the variety of fresh salads and fruits for dinner was good.
The bathroom could have used a small shelf for toiletries.

cozy, cozy, cozy
The renovated double room offered us splendid views of the surrounding area. We loved the convenience of being just a short walk from the beach and the vibrant main boulevard lined with shops. The cheerful staff were really good, even accommodating our late-night bar chats by setting up a table for us in the lobby!

Had a braw time! The location was cracking, just a wee stroll to the beach and all the shops nearby. The staff were pure friendly and helpful too. Only downside was the noisy walls. could hear everything from the hallway. But overall, a grand stay!

Convenience stands out, being close to shops and just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The renovated room was comfortable and well-kept, complemented by friendly staff who were accommodating, even setting up a table for us in the lobby late at night. The thin walls were a major downside. Noise from slamming doors and hallway conversations made it difficult to sleep, especially with evening entertainment echoing nearby. Meals were adequate, though the quality was inconsistent, with a standout dessert selection and the delicious Angus beef being a notable highlight.
